We have well-equipped chemical and physical testing laboratories to verify and test the incoming raw materials for chemical and physical properties. Process control is established at both prototype development and In-process stages, by means of Statistical Process Control (SPC) by determination of the Cp, Cpk & PpK. Our Finished products are passed through various endurance tests for Product performance.
All tests are carried out according to the international standards e.g., DIN, SAE, ASTM and JIS.
