Since Luo's Enterprise founded, it carries out the digital construction of CAD, CAM , CAE and so on. It invests a huge money to introduction the design software and equipment of the dynamic testing system and processing center, absorbs and trains more than 30 middle and senior grade engineers, and also made widely cooperation with the famous university and enterprise home and abroad. It has established the strong technology base for the development design of the product, and it has the ability to development and design product synchronously with auto manufacturers, and it also has established the leading position in the field of motor shock absorber in China .
Till now, Luo's Enterprise has set the high new technology research development center of automobile shock attenuation technology with province grade.
1. Elastomer Material Development
According to the customer specifications, our laboratory can design the raw material including natural and synthetic rubber, compare and evaluate of the long-term behavior of elastomer materials and critical application media. This is vital for the quality of our final product to meet the automobile component technical performance requirement.
2. Product Design
Product design department collect all kinds of technology data such as motor and anti-shock system of automobile. It can develop of the math model of hydraulic suspension parts; establish the self-contained math model development flat.
3. Mould & Gauge Design
Mould & gauge design studio use CAD, CAM and PROE system to do the 3-D forming of the products and the processing program, and realize the incorporate connection between the computer and the data of the processing center.
4. Mould producing Center
We use numerical control center to produce and maintain moulds, so to meet the customer requirement of rapid mould producing and rapid prototyping.
4. Design & Testing
Our laboratory has the testing apparatus for physical test, tensile and compression test, fatigue test, simulated environmental conditions test, rubber vulcanization performance test, and metal surface salt spray test, etc. It can do testing of metal material and non-metal material, and accumulate the valuable data for the technology development.
