　Luo's Enterprise ( The Originally name is " Yuhuan plastic machinery factory " , has already renamed as " Zhejiang Luoshi Industrial Development Co., Ltd " now, abbreviated as" Luo’s Enterprise ".) was founded in 1988. It is a key new high-tech enterprise of national Torch Program. It is also a hi-tech enterprise in Zhejiang province, China . It mainly manufactures suspension struts, engine mounts (hydraulic and mechanical), strut mounts, control arm bushings and other rubber and plastic products for the use of automobile industry. We have 530 employees of the enterprise, and the engineer and technician share 25%. The enterprise was chosen as the Province Grade AAA Enterprise of China Bank for 8 years continually. It has the research center with province grade. The annual production amount of vibration components is more than 15 million pieces.

　We have set up our own Rubber & Plastic Products Research Institute, Testing and Measurement Center , Precision Mould Factory, Rubber Vulcanization Workshop,Rubber Refining Workshop, Plastic Products Workshop, Metal Process Workshop and an Assembling Workshop. In this way, we boast our first-rate in-house capability of polymer material and process design, rubber and plastic tooling design, product development & design, mould and die manufacturing and maintaining, product manufacturing and quality control.

　February 2005, the engineering auditing result of Luo’s Enterprise by VOLKSWAGEN AG is B Grade. Audit result of the quality management system by Quality Assurance Volkswagen Group Asia is A Grade in 2004. Luo's Enterprise passed the third party auditing by TÜV in the beginningof 2003, and got ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certification. We passed QS9000 in 1998 by TÜV, ISO9001:1998 and VDA6.1 in 2001 by TÜV.
